Reservations cancelled 15 or more days before the date of arrival are subject to a 10% charge of the total amount of your reservation.
Reservations cancelled 14 to 3 days before the date of arrival are subject to a 1 night stay fee.
Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days before the date of arrival, or no shows, won’t be subject to any refund. No refund will be issued for early check outs.
Christmas, New Year, Easter/Holy Week, Long Weekends and/or any other holiday:
Reservations cancelled 31 days or more before the date of arrival are subject to a 10% charge of the total amount of your reservation.
Reservations cancelled 30 to 15 days before the date of arrival are subject to a 1 night fee.
Reservations cancelled 14 to 0 days before the date of arrival, or no shows, won’t be subject to any refund. No refund will be issued for early check outs.
As you make your reservation you authorize us to use your number of credit card to make your payment, and confirm that you know and accept our reservation, payment, disclaimer and cancellation policies. All the reservations are subject to availability at the moment of making your request. The availability is not guaranteed until we’ve received the full payment.
The confirmation of the reservation is subject to the bank authorization on the credit card you gave. In case there’s any problem with your payment, we’ll contact you by phone to the number you gave.
The amount of the reservation will be immediately charged to your credit card and it will show on your bank statement under the name: “INTERNET POWER SAPI DE CV, AGENCIA DE RESERVACIONES”.
For the payment of your reservation we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. If you don’t have any of these cards, you can make a bank transfer. To get more information please contact one of our Travel Consultants.
The rates published on our website are available in different currencies, which are properly specified at its moment. Mexican Pesos will be charged on Mexican Pesos. In the case of any other currency, the amount of the transaction will be converted to Mexican Pesos (MXN) in the valid exchange of the date of the transaction. Please consider that the amount that will appear on your payment bill of your credit card might vary up to 3% due to the international fluctuation of the currency exchange rates. The website is not responsible for this fluctuation and, as you accept these policies, you recognize you are informed of the currency fluctuation and you accept the pertinent charge in American Dollars.

Reservation Policies – Payments at the Hotel
Only a credit card and/or coupon will be asked to guarantee the reservation.
When it comes to bank deposits, these should be made 24 hours before and must be reflected in the hotel’s bank account. If the weekend is close, the payment must be reflected the Friday before. Deposits are not allowed for reservations made the same day of the arrival.
Any change or cancellation must be requested at the phone number 612 175 0860 at least 24 hours before the arrival date. You must provide you confirmation number.
No show policy:
For stays longer than one night, if the guest does not show at the hotel, applies a No Show fee for the first night of the booked room plus taxes to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. The rest of the stay will be automatically cancelled.
Extra person policy:
The extra person charge is for 15.00 USD.
Minors aged 12 and younger will be considered children.
Medano Hotel & Suites is a pet friendly hotel. There’s a 50.00 USD fee per stay.
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
